You choose who covers these — absorb them yourself, or add them on top of the ticket price for the buyer. Either way, a 0.6% tax withholding (0.5% TCS + 0.1% TDS) comes out of the organizer’s side, as tax rules require. GST-registered organizations can add GST to the buyer’s total.
