Organizer Terms & Conditions — Responsibilities
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the obligations, responsibilities, and restrictions applicable to any individual or entity ("Organizer") creating, hosting, or managing an event on the Platform. By listing or conducting an event via the Platform, the Organizer expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Event Accuracy and Disclosure
1.1 The Organizer shall ensure that all event-related information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to the title, description, venue, date, time, pricing, and restrictions, is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
1.2 The Organizer shall promptly update the event listing in the event of any changes, postponements, or cancellations.
1.3 Any false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims are strictly prohibited.
2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
2.1 The Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that the event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental or municipal requirements.
2.2 The Organizer shall obtain and maintain, at its own cost, all necessary permits, licenses, or authorizations required for the event.
2.3 The Organizer shall adhere to all venue rules, safety guidelines, and public gathering regulations.
3. Safety and Conduct
3.1 The Organizer shall take reasonable measures to safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of all attendees.
3.2 The event's content, activities, and environment must be suitable for the stated audience and age group.
3.3 The Organizer shall maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, abuse, or discrimination in any form.
4. Ticketing, Fees, and Payments
4.1 The Organizer shall disclose all ticket prices, fees, and refund or cancellation policies prior to registration.
4.2 All paid registrations must be honored, and the event must be delivered as advertised.
4.3 In the case of manual payment methods (e.g., UPI, bank transfer), the Organizer must verify payments and approve registrations in a fair and timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
5.1 The Organizer shall use only those images, videos, and other content for which it holds the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions.
5.2 By submitting event content to the Platform, the Organizer grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote such content for event listing and marketing purposes.
5.3 Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material is strictly prohibited.
6. Communication with Attendees
6.1 The Organizer shall respond to attendee queries in a timely and professional manner.
6.2 The Organizer shall notify attendees promptly of any material changes or cancellations via the Platform and other available communication channels.
7. Data Privacy and Usage Restrictions
7.1 Participant information (including but not limited to names, phone numbers, and email addresses) provided by the Platform to the Organizer shall be used solely for the administration of the specific event for which it was collected.
7.2 The Organizer shall not use participant information for the marketing or promotion of any other event or service without the explicit, prior, written consent of the participant.
7.3 The Organizer shall not sell, transfer, disclose, or otherwise make participant information available to any third party under any circumstances.
7.4 Any misuse of participant data shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Organizer's account, removal of all events, and legal action as permitted under applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 The Organizer shall not promote or conduct any activity that is illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
8.2 Fraudulent activities, spamming, and misrepresentation are strictly prohibited.
8.3 Collection or use of attendee data outside the scope permitted in Clause 7 is expressly forbidden.
9. Liability
9.1 The Organizer is solely and fully responsible for the execution, safety, compliance, and quality of the event.
9.2 The Platform serves only as a listing, registration, and facilitation service and bears no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from or in connection with the event.
10. Platform Rights
10.1 The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or reject any event or Organizer account found to be in violation of these Terms or detrimental to the Platform's reputation.
10.2 The Platform may require additional documentation or proof of authenticity before approving an event listing.
